Transfer Operations
This Appendix shows a Check List as taken from the International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers
and Terminals (ISGOTT).
As reproduced, the Check List (Part A) has been
truncated to exclude questions on Crude Oil Washing and Inert Gas Systems.
The Check List is reproduced in this Guide as a
necessary precursor to any STS cargo operation involving crude oil or petroleum
products. In general the questions should be read in the sense
of ship-to-ship operations rather than as written in the ship-to-terminal
context.
